• All authors must submit an abstract followed by a full paper in order to be included in the conference publications for the UE Undergraduate Research Conference for Science, Engineering and Mathematics.

• After abstract submission closes authors will be invited to submit a full paper or a poster presentation of their topic.  This invitation will be issued no later than Monday, March 17, 2008.

• At least one author per accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper or poster in order for the item to be included in the conference proceedings.

• All abstracts and papers must be submitted per instructions on the conference web site.

• Papers are judged competively according to the judging guidelines.

• A poster competition is separate from the paper competition and no abstract is needed to submit a poster.
